Will I Be Charged Vat Taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

A. Return policy

B. Return process

C. Damaged and wrong products or issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. D. Exchanges

F. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. G. Return shipping cost

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, or not correct products, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.

H. Not accept a refund

Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
